Shipments within Italy are handled by Donna Eco’. As required by trade laws, all shipments are accompanied by a tax document.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Shipping is guaranteed within 24/48 hours for orders placed by 1:30 PM, with the exception of islands, where it takes 48/72 hours.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday.
Orders for items already in stock are shipped on the first working day following the order and payment, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability.
In all cases, Donna Eco’ reserves the right to postpone shipping if events of force majeure occur.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Donna Eco’ and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.
